Privacy notice

What this test collects

If you apply to test RICO, we collect the name, email, country, eligibility answers and food-tracking history you submit. We also collect limited campaign and interaction events, such as which RICO link or button was used. The test does not need health records, precise location or payment-card details.

Why we use it

We use these details to select and contact testers, evaluate demand, improve RICO and prevent abuse. We do not sell applicant information.

Processors and storage

Application and validation data are processed through Cloudflare infrastructure. If payment testing becomes live, Stripe will process payment details under its own privacy notice; RICO will not receive full card numbers.

Retention and deletion

Unsuccessful test applications will be deleted or anonymised after the validation programme unless continued contact is separately agreed. Applicants can ask for access, correction or deletion by replying to a RICO recruitment email. A dedicated support address and final retention period must be published before live payments open.

Important status

RICO is currently a private product test, not a medical service. Do not submit sensitive health information in the application form.
